LeverageTek is actively seeking a Team Lead Systems Analyst for a permanent role with their Ottawa based customer.


  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of Systems Analysts
  • Oversee the workflow of other System Analysts within the team
  • Supervise and coordinate daily work priorities
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of services and processes
  • Provide coaching, team building, performance management to System Analyst team members
  • Ensure team performance meets internal standards and goals
  • In addition, serve as a senior Systems Analyst and engage complex projects as an individual contributor

  • 8+ years’ experience with IT systems and applications
  • 5+ years of hands-on functional systems analysis
  • University degree in business, computer science or related field
  • Experience providing operational oversight, coaching and leadership
  • Significant knowledge of data processing and enterprise software applications
  • Experience and expertise with Oracle E-Business suite and Oracle Unified Methodologies (OUMs), or other ERPs
  • Strong project and resource management skills
  • Ability to develop and complete automation tasks (testing), development of User Productivity Kit
  • Strategic thinker, strong analytical and product management skills
  • Ability to identify business system needs and make recommendations
  • Ability to translate customer business needs to application and operation requirements
  • Experience developing and implementing standards, procedures and guidelines
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, take initiative and adjust activities based on changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
