Windows 7 Deployment SME

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Windows 7 Deployment SME for a 4 to 6 week contract with their Ottawa based customer.

Role Description

  • Technical Specialist in the areas of Windows 7 based package creation and imaging and deployment
  • Responsible for generating application packages specific to Windows 7 (64 bit)
  • Responsible for implementing process and best practices in relation to package & image creation (FDCC, NIST)
  • Responsible for providing content expert consultation in the context of image gathering and deployment utilizing the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
  • Responsible for being a technical resource within the scope of the project to assist with creation of base build and SCCM packages for a Windows 7 environment.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SCCM package creation
  • Extensive experience with base build design and deployment for Windows 7 & Office 2010
  • Extensive experience with Windows 7 GPOs
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Bitlocker & Microsoft EMET an Asset
  • Applicable Microsoft Certifications (MCSE, MCSA) an asset
  • Ability to participate and work as part of a team in a project environment
  • Focus on customer service and end-user satisfaction
