Bilingual Technical Support Specialist

LeverageTek is actively seeking a bilingual Technical Support Specialist for their Ottawa based customer.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a corporate environment providing both phone and desktop support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and support of computer systems and hardware peripherals.
  • Updating and tracking all support calls
  • Escalation to groups/ teams when necessary

Duration: 8 months
