Bilingual Application Support Analyst

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual Application Support Analyst for a 6 month contract with our Gatineau based customer.

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience providing technical support to corporate end-users working with a financial ERP system, or similar, is required
  • Bilingualism is required (French & English)
  • Experience with an incident tracking tool
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and applications
  • Basic experience with programming languages
  • Basic understanding of financial terms and concepts
  • Analytical abilities and strong problem solving skills combined with a sound business sense
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Action‐oriented individual who can deal with multiple priorities, complex problems, in a fast paced environment
  • Team player who can perform successfully under limited supervision
  • Desire and aptitude to gain additional skills and knowledge

Tasks:

  • Provide support for the client’s financial applications/ERP
  • Provide periodic on‐call support and occasionally work off‐hours
  • Log, analyze and follow service calls through to resolution using the incident management tool
  • Perform research and testing for solutions and resolutions
  • Application security access request processing and administration
  • Document and maintain support operational procedures
